Whatsapp to LS and response was very prompt .. sent them pics and video of issue and quote was given fast.. upon confirmation to fix they assign a plumber to come down on the same day.. the assigned plumber Soh is punctual and professional.. replacement of the valve was done swiftly and neatly.. as usual it is a pleasant and hassle-free experience using LS!
